// WELCOME TO Elevate Up.

I'm Joe Elliott, the Founder of Elevate Up

At 33, I received a life-changing diagnosis of ADHD. This revelation finally made sense of the challenges I’d faced for years- challenges that had been overlooked due to limited understanding of ADHD at the time.

Before my diagnosis, my journey was marked by impulsive decisions, years of struggles with addictions, burnout and poor choices. Each misdiagnosis added to the frustration, leaving me feeling trapped in a cycle of exhaustion and unfulfilled potential.

01. Get to Know You

We start by understanding where you’re at and where you want to go. This helps us create a personalised plan that fits your specific life situation- whether you're struggling with burnout, emotional dysregulation, addiction struggles or motivation, we'll design a coaching plan that is tailored to you and you alone. We are all unique and different in our own ways, so a one size fits all approach doesn't work.

02. Tailored Strategies

Once we understand your goals, we develop a strategy tailored to your needs. While we follow a structured coaching framework covering key areas such as emotional regulation, motivation, self-awareness, and time management, our approach remains flexible—adapting as your circumstances and priorities evolve.

03. Ongoing Support

You’re not in this alone. We provide ongoing support and regular check-ins to keep you on track, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed. To make the process seamless, we use the CoachAccountable platform—a premium coaching tool designed to enhance accountability. It allows us to upload session notes, set personalised action steps with mobile and email reminders (perfect for ADHD brains!), and share worksheets or resources to explore between sessions.

04. Celebrate Progress

As you progress, we’ll celebrate every win—big or small—because recognising your achievements is key to staying motivated and seeing just how far you’ve come. Many people feel isolated after an ADHD diagnosis or when they suspect they have ADHD but struggle to access support through the NHS. We’re here to bridge that gap, providing the guidance, strategies, and support you need to navigate the next phase of life with ADHD—so you don’t have to do it alone.
