Elevate Up’s coaching model has been developed through extensive training and lived experience. Our founder, Joe Elliott, was trained and accredited by ADHD Works, under the guidance of Leanne Maskell- one of the UK’s leading ADHD coaching trainers and advocates.

Leanne’s expertise also continues to shape Elevate Up, as she personally coaches Joe. This means our coaching is constantly evolving with the latest ADHD research, practical techniques, and lived experience insights, ensuring you receive cutting-edge support.

ADHD Support Initiative

We are committed to raising awareness about ADHD and breaking stigma through educational talks and workshops in Schools across the UK. We offer a free weekly complimentary coaching slot to a young person (18-25) who can’t afford coaching. With up to 5% of young people affected by ADHD in the UK, our goal is to provide essential support and resources currently lacking in the underfunded mental health system.
