Before my ADHD diagnosis, my life was a rollercoaster of impulsive decisions, burnout, extreme highs and lows, and the knowledge that something had been missed. Each misdiagnosis only deepened the sense of disconnect, leaving me trapped in a cycle of exhaustion, addiction, self-doubt, and untapped potential.
Despite these struggles, I spent 14 years excelling in Corporate Sales Leadership, leading award-winning commercial teams at global organisations like The Guardian Newspaper. Outwardly, I was seen as a very high performer- driven, strategic, target driven and successful.
But behind the scenes, I was constantly battling burnout, masking my daily struggles, and searching for a deeper sense of meaning and purpose.
Now, through Elevate Up, I help individuals and organisations harness the power of neurodiversity, creating workplaces where ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions are recognised, supported, and celebrated as the strengths they truly are, and coaching individuals with ADHD to reach their potential and learn to work with their neurodivergence rather than against it. I also deliver free neurodiversity awareness talks in Schools across the UK free of charge.
